snap, crackle and pop: a night of demons and destroyers
about:
everyone has felt betrayed by something. it might have been a person, place,
thing or even an idea. whatever it may be, one truth rings true... when winter
gives way to spring: identify your demon, make an effigy, burn it and you
will feel better. for centuries around the world individuals have
gathered to do just that; to purge shared and private demons as public spectacle.
on friday 3/20 (the 2009 vernal equinox) join us to ceremoniously rid ourselves
and our communities of the demons that plague us.
